• Call Meeting to Order at 6:01

• Reading & Approval of Minutes from November 6, 2023 meeting - Josh motioned to approve with adding Rick Hahn and fixing 1 spelling error, Kendall 2nd, all approved

• Reports of Officers

  • President (Bryan)

    • ALL Star SOPs Update

      • Discussion on adding some verbiage around volunteering for the league

        • Kevin motioned to approve Baseball, Kendall second, all approve

    • Coaches Code of Conduct and Parent Code of Conduct

      • Coaches Code of Conduct - discussion

        • Larry motioned to adopt the Coaches Code of Conduct, Keith second, all approved

      • Add no pets to Parent of Conduct - get document from Little League and add our comment

      • Add a statement about pictures to registration - I understand

  • Treasurer (Josh)

    • Treasurer’s Report - Kevin motion, Lauren second, all approved

      • Credit - $10,781

      • Savings - $70,005.97 (includes ARPA grant)

      • Debit - $980.86

  • Secretary (Dina)

    • Scholarship Offer - 2 x $500 - 1 for baseball and 1 for softball - schools have been asking if we are doing this - Greg motioned, Larry second, all approved

    • Rules were sent out last month - need to review in January 

  • Director of Majors (Anthony)

    • Expansion for Majors - discussion on whether to expand and if so, go 7 or 8

      • Teams

      • Draft

  • Player Agent, Baseball (Amanda & Dina) / Player Agent, Softball (Kaysie)

    • Registration Dates - Propose 1/1/24 to 2/16/24, in person 2/10

    •  Tryouts the weekend of 3/2

    • Draft Dates - Propose Baseball:  Majors 3/5, AAA 3/6 and Juniors 3/7

    • Practices start March 9th, gives 4 weeks of practice with Opening Day April 6th

    • Registration Fee for 2024 - Greg Stevens motioned, Josh second, all approved

      • Note: Spring 2023 = $80 + $50 + $3 service fee + $3.50 cc fee = $136.50 per player - leave as is for 2024 Spring

      • Mandatory Fundraising Fee - Propose remain the same at $50 and call it a lottery not Raffle - all families are placed in the lottery and have the ability to win every weekend, not just once and done - Continue to give out $200 for 8 Saturdays in a row

      • Concession Stand Opt out fee - Propose to increase to $50 per player

  • Director Fields and Facilities (Rick)

    • Discuss new bid for lights for Majors field

      • Greg Sager to have a discussion with JSB on financing

    • Larry needs $600 for zero turn, Greg Sager motioned, Lauren second, all approved

  • Umpire in Chief / Coaches Coordinator (Donnie)

    • End of year survey - parental survey on how the league is doing - would like to conduct one

    • Mandatory abuse training  - all coaches and managers should have this, will add as a topic for coaches meeting

    • Ideas to gain more umpires 

      • Ask Juniors players to umpire 

• New Business Tabling / Adjourn
