Board of Directors

September 13^th, 2020

Member’s Present: Donnie Engle, Brenda Engle, Greg Stevens, Greg Sager, Josh Didion, Mike Moulton, Abigail Dudley, Lauren Will, Larry Guerra, Megan Guerra, and Martha Sager.

President’s Report:

• Teleconference Meetings: Discussed the possibility of teleconference Meetings but would prefer in person. Would need to wait for the new board to take office to discuss any further. 
• Election: Mike Moulton motioned to continue the Election as normal despite Covid. Brenda Engle second the motion.  Motion passed. 
• Greg Sager will send an email to the membership about election during the pandemic. 
• Bathrooms:
  • Not able to connect with JHS
  • Septic tank possible, but would have to be pumped
  • Looking for more information on a bathroom trailer… cost of facility and maintenance. 
  • Continuing to look for other options
• Batting Cages: Will need to be repaired before the Spring Season. 
• Junior’s Field: Locked up and Maintenance is being done. 
• Major’s Field: Picking a day to close field for maintenance.
• Softball Field: Mud needs to be cleaned from the Softball Dugouts. 

  Treasurer’s Report:

• Tabled to the Next Meeting 

  Secretary’s Report: 

• Josh Didion motioned to approve the Treasurer’s Report. Greg Stevens second the motion. Motion passed.

  • Parents and Players seem to be happy with the process.

• Greg Stevens motioned to adjourn. Mike Moulton second the motion. Motion passed.
