Below are the local ground rules for each division.  If you have any questions about the rules please contact the director for the division in question.  Local ground rules are reviewed and approved by the board each year.

Jefferson County Little League's constitution is required to be reviewed by the Regional Director every 3 years.  Each year, the league reviews the constitution during the Annual General Meeting defined in the constitution.  During the meeting, members in good standing have the ability to make changes to the constitution by voting on changes at the general meeting.  All new changes have to be reviewed by the Regional Director and approved.
