Boundary Map

To register for a local Little League, a player must reside within the local league's boundaries or attend a school within the local league's boundaries

If a member of a league moves outside the league's boundaries after playing at least one spring season with the league, the player can return to the league.  If the player plays a spring season with the new local league, the player can not return.

The Little League Charter Committee voted to change the JCLL boundaries because Charles Washington Little League (formally CTR) decided not to continue.  The area that once was Charles Washington Little League was consumed by JCLL and South Berkeley Little League.

The JCLL boundaries include most of Jefferson County using the Jefferson County border as the boundary for the northern border, eastern border, and a most of the southern border.  The southwestern border follows Route 1, Leetown road, from The West Virginia / Virginia state line north to Route 3, Paynes Ford Road.  From there the border follows Route 3, Paynes Ford Road, to and through Mt Zion road until Mt Zion crosses into Berkeley County.

JCLL Boundaries as of February 2022
