• Call to Order at 6:00pm

• Juniors All Star Manager and Coaches discussion

  • Josh motioned for Toby Surratt and Joey McCarthy to be Juniors Manager and Coach , respectively. Larry seconded. Motion approved.

• Baseball ALl Star Manager and Coaches Discussion

  • Mike motioned for 10/12 Ryon BLehr as Manager and Chase Anderson as coach.  For 9/11 Josh Didion for manager. For 8/10 Kevein COrey as manager and Josh WIllis and Cory Guistines  as Coaches. James Greule seconded. Motion approved 

  • Battle of Burg Managers and Coaches were tabled.

• Softball All Star Manager and Coaches Discussion

  • Kevin motioned for Bryan Sutherland to Manager 8/10 Softball. Mike seconded the motion. All approved. James motioned for Donna Sutherland to Coach. Mike seconded. Motion approved.

  • James motioned for Scott Cogan as Manager for  the Juniors Softball, with Kyle McGaha and John  Piccolomini as Coaches. Bryan seconded the  motion. Motion approved.

  • The Board discussed nominees, Kristen Stoner, Melissa Greule, Brooke Hess  and Charlie Hess.  The final motion was for Charlie Hess to Manager, with Kristin Stoner as COach #1 and Melissa Greule to be Coach #2. If COach 1 or 2 declined, Brook Hess would be the replacement coach. Jame made the motion. Mike seconded the motion. Motion approved.
