1. Call to Order
   1. Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm
   2. In attendance: Dina Didion, Heather Lowery, Lauren Will, Allyson Corey, Kevin Corey, Greg Sager, Larry Guerra, Brenda Engle, Donnie Engle, Brian Abe, Peter Jackson, Greg Stevens
   3. Greg motion to add attendees
   4. Brian motion to approve  
2. Registration Update
   1. Baseball: 398
   2. Softball: 79
   3. 5-year record high
3. Treasury Report
   1. Checking: $49,310
   2. Debit: $975.00
   3. Savings: $2,000 
   4. $20,775 in allocations – $1,750 allocated for dirt
   5. Total: approximately $29,000
   6. Treasury report approved
4. Tryouts – suggestions for next year:        
   1. Too long for the minors coaches to be out there – is there a way we can cut it down?
   2. Softball – a little bit more time considering the amount of girls
   3. Need to get the names & numbers on all of the sheets
   4. Need to have managers ahead of time
   5. Possibly putting up a camera on the field so coaches can come back and look at them later
5. Player Waivers
   1. Evan Nealy – 12 year old to AAA - approve
   2. Amari Turner – 12 yar old to AAA – approved
6. Majors Division sizes/teams
   1. No expansion team needed – stand at 6 teams
   2. Team sizes – 11 or 12? 
      1. 12 for Majors – approved
      2. 11 for Minors – approved 
      3. 3 juniors, 6 majors, 6 minors, 12 tee ball
7. Managers
   1. Need to approve managers via email
   2. Have enough majors/AAA/AA/Tee ball managers signed up
8. Drafts/Rosters
   1. Jason Busch Jr. approved to be drafted
   2. Bechnir Dupree – not approved for Majors
   3. Curry family – played in 2020 under a 1-year waiver from Hedgesville – motion approved
   4. Coaches decisions tabled until next meeting
   5. Coaches meeting – this Saturday at 9 am
9. Opening Day
   1. April 9^th  
10. Practice Schedule
11. Team sponsorship update/banner money approval
12. Approval of funds discussed over emails
    1. Donnie: $500 for exhaust fan & fryer – Donnie requesting $400 for fan
    2. Josh: $4,000 for Sam Michaels – spent less than needed, approved via email, approved
    3. Larry: $1,000 electrical setup of the bathroom – approved via email, approved

14. CPR/First Aid Training
    1. Online or in person – everyone is going to do it online - approved
15. Safety Officer updates
    1. Safety issues at Sam Michaels – bringing in new dirt & clay, fixing the fields – Brian will check it out after the 18^th
    2. Two handicapped signs installed – need somewhere to put the 4^th sign
    3. Need to buy a speed limit sign
    4. ASAP plan submitted and approved
