• Call to Order - called order at 6:04

• Reading & Approval of Minutes from Monthly Meeting - Larry motioned to approve, Kendal second, all approved

        • No gum or seeds at either Hedgesville or Martinsburg

        • No noisemakers / cowbells

        • Equipment gets checked - make sure travel bats are out

        • Do not wear all star uniform for scrimmages

        • Must start and finish with 9 players on the field

        • No 8 run rule

        • Juniors starts 6/17 in Martinsburg

        • 10/11/12 starts 6/20 in Hedgesville

        • 9/10/11 starts 6/28  in Martinsburg

        • 8/9/0 starts 6/14 in Martinsburg

        • 10/11/12 starts 6/15 in Hedgesville

    • All Star Update

      • Still looking for an all star manager for 9/10/11

    • Board Meeting Leaks - board meetings are not being kept private. (The information is being released to the public by a BOD member).   

    • Formal Complaint against a Board member

    • Board Member harassing another board member after a meeting

    • End of the Season Parent Survey - send out Tuesday

    • Battle of Burg - continue to discuss two teams

      • No update as the bank report is not available yet

      • Final payment on softball lights

      • Discussion about looking for grants to help create the new majors fields

    • Pool Player league rule

      • Kendall motions to accept new rule, Kevin second, all approved

    • Senior League update - will not have a team this season - not enough players signed up

    • Softball Tournament - 9U Coach/Pitch

      • 9:30 start time on 6/8 and 6/9 a few hours

  • Director Minors, AA/AAA (Kevin)

    • Restructuring Minors division in the Fall - Rules

      • Added a minor coach level to break up the division

  • Umpire in Chief / Coaches Coordinator (Donnie)

    • Status of Umpiring for 2024 Spring season

      • Softball - 2 registered to umpire

        • Used coaches

      • Baseball - 2 registered umpires

        • Used coaches

        • After all star announcements, those coaches that volunteered to umpire stopped umpiring
